Do you mean bleat about how great we are and how we have the biggest support and how great we are while not winning that much silver while a rogue chairman just spends, spends, spends foolishly and hires a succession of managerial hatchet men, before stopping bothering to pay debts and employees, then spectacularly imploding and needing to get bailed out of trouble by the FAI, or win impressively against Limerick?

I think I'd prefer the second, though I doubt it would be as easy as the first
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

I think a draw is the best we could hope for TBH. I'd take any sort of draw.

I see Waterford have signed George O'Callaghan. Can any Waterford fans say if he goes straight into their team for tonight?

I hope not! He is a good player. I would gladly take a draw but I just can't see it. 3-1 Waterford.

another loss derry, cork, waterford only 7 games played midtable all the way nothing more.
the wait for promotion goes on limerick need to stop signing junior players junior players will not get you out of divsion 1 of LOI football.
the crowds at jackman will drop to 150 200 within a month nobody will pay £10 to see average players.
as everybody knows people will only follow a successful team club needs to change there policy in signing local players its plain to see for the last few years its not working

I agree, we need more of a mix of local talent and experienced LOI players. If we don't act soon we will be mid-table and very inconsistent for the rest of the season. I wasn't at the match tonight and some people might come back and say we deserved more out of it or could have lost by more i don't know. At the end of the day though all people see is the results and going by them we haven't improved one bit in the last couple of years. I'd also like to point out i wasn't expecting anything from the match tonight but we are already being showed up by the better teams.

I Watched waterford v Cork and they beat cork handy, waterford are a very good side, this year is stronger than most with cork, derry, waterford, shels all good sides. Tierney, lyons, hughes, deedy, and Clark who will score goals at any level are all very young, its early days yet 2 or 3 wins and they are back in it.

We seem to be saying this every year though. I agree some of the players are young and need time but they need some experienced heads to help them too.

Went to the game tonight, gutted with the result. Penalty awarded 5 mins from time. The ref had waved play on but the linesman called it back after the ball had been cleared. Didn't see the actual incident clearly...seamed like one that could be given or not given, but when the ref waves it on you don't expect the linesman to call it back. Walked out feeling we were robbed. Limerick had a couple of other chances that should have been buried but had good blocks on the line. JT almost scored what would have been a great goal, back flicking a low cross after great work from Clarke but was unlucky to have it saved. Waterford should have scored at least one more also though, we still look a little less than solid at the back despite the changes this week but an improvement overall and it will get better with some games.

It was very hard to see the difference between us and Waterford...except for the table obviously. Our performance was a lot better this week, we are an awful lot better than our current league position I think. Just hope these tough losses to Derry, Cork & now Waterford don't wear on the team too much and they keep the heads up. Results are results though and crowds will be down I'm afraid.

Not sure about Scully's tactic of 3 in midfield...we practically conceeded all the loose ball in that area tonight. Should have brought Robbie on earlier too. Decent performance, Waterford did have more posession but we could have won the game and if not for the dodgy penalty call would have got out of there with a very credible draw.

Was def a pen id worry more about Tracy letting Waterford walk the ball into the box in the build up to the pen then the linesman doing his job.
How Tracy stayed on for the full 90 i dont know what does Robbie need to do to get a start.

Starting to believe it. He will get a start now in the Cobh game id say. Should have come on way earlier today . Look at our bench tonight shows how weak we are.

Fair enough if it was a penalty.

I have to assume there's some issue with 90mins for Robbie....going by his play when he is on, he has to start. Maybe we'll see him next week.
