Carlow dominated the first half which finished 0-1
we scored at the start of the second and had a few good chances to go ahead.
We hit the front in the first half of extra time and Carlow equalized midway through the second. Out keeper kept us in it with a string of top class stops and Carlow hit the bar three times. Keeper pulled off two stops in the shoot out to win it for us.
