Wasn't near 300 but the most that travelled from Sligo in a fair few years. The away allocation is 150 and you had about 50 outside that too
talked toa few after the gasme. Same kind of opinions about the game as most Pats fan. Good game, Sligo on top in first, Pats finished strongly. Probably could've nicked it right at the death
Paul Cook spent the night in mcDowells too, so he seems to like Pats fans too

Massive crowd up for that one when we were put on the tamac terrace.
If me memory is right I think yee won 3-1, with Guy tearing us a new one.
TBH ive never heard him complaining about any LOI fans bar Shams fans, usual complaints.Paul Cook spent the night in mcDowells too, so he seems to like Pats fans too
He really makes an effort to talk to everyone.

It's hard to get high attendance here in Ireland. Twitter stats were revealed today, there is a vast difference, as to be expected, between the top Irish person being followed on twitter compared to the top followed in the UK. Something to draw a comparison is all.
The FAI, which I'm sure it still does, is supposed to be made of branches as well, e.g. the Munster FA. All of these branches need to work more on developing the game within the provinces. Nationwide the league lack enough derbies to keep interest. Some see it as more a Gaelic minded thing but I can only really ever see Irish football fans getting behind a club from their region or county. In some cases a team should be created for an area. Like South Leinster for example, Kildare County didn't exactly work, which was a shame. Maybe a club could be created with a name that will get support of that area.
For me, it's good to see a Kerry side not part of the League of Ireland. Hopefully in years, Dynamos will progress and gain support.
Getting more back to the topic, this league is more a League of Leinster this year. Only Galway and Sligo mixing things up, at least they have their Connaught derby I guess.
To create more interest nationwide, the FAI might want to move away from a 10 team division and increase it to 16. It's give more of a chance for Dublin derbies, Leinster derbies, Munster derbies, Connaught derbies and Ulster Derbies in top flight. Hopefully it is something they could move to which would create more interest nationwide, more coverage, more derbies and hopefully better attendances. If over 16 clubs could show themselves capable of being awarded a Premier Division licences, it is definitely a direction the League of Ireland should go.
Good crowd in tallaght last night for a monday night

Drogs v Bohs last night was about 800 or so.
The other Drogheda ones you're missing would be something like 500 for Drogs v Bray. And 600 for Drogs v Sligo
