391 in Athlone Town Stadium for the Town vs Longford game.
After a beautiful day it started raining about 45 minutes before kick off and would have stopped anyone who was going to walk out to the game from attending
A drop of rain should'nt stop people from going to a game.Thats quite sad! Especially as this was a local derby!
250 maximum at the match. I counted 60 in the old stand, and estimated 150 in the new from standing outside it.
There would be a rivalry between people involved in the clubs, not a general public rivalry between the areas.
I didnt know where else to ask.
Which Irish clubs are most popular? What is average attendance on LOI matches? Is your league fully professional? What are clubs budgets?Same questions about Welsh league too,if anybody knows.
Cheers!

Shamrock Rovers are the most popular team and the league is not fully professional but some teams are.
