Robbie escapes ban for his effort against Ashley Williams .
That's a relief. It was very foolish of him. He needs to cut out petty crap like that (and kicking balls away) as he's one of our best players and we simply can't afford to be having him suspended.

The current system doesn't suit Brady. He was anonymous compared to his colleagues in midfield against Wales. Does he have the ability to play Wes' role? Probably. That would be my criticism of last Monday,
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!

I think the issue is that he doesn't seem to know where he is to play. He was pinned on top of Christie for much of the first 20-30 minutes. It was frustrating.

I think he has the ability to play Wes' role but needs to be coached into it and afforded the experience of playing there.

Sean Dyche seems to be able to get a bit of football out of Martin O Neill’s Hoofers .

Well not much news coming out on this, I'd guess there is some sort of damage but they are not too clear on what the problem is?

Is no news good news or bad news? I'd guess at the moment they can't determine precisely what the damage is which
suggest perhaps it is not the worst? I dunno, I guess I'll have to be more patient!

If it was ligament damage would they know by now?

Because the football gods are fond of irony, he's also been nominated for Premier League Player of the Month for November.

I see he went off injured at the weekend in the first half clutching his calf. At least it doesn't look like his knee was involved and appears to have been a tight hamstring https://www.thesun.ie/sport/football...njury-setback/
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

-Uninvolved today in Burnley's 3-1 extra time win over Aberdeen. Lots of Irish players involved though!

Brilliant. Brady starts on the wing at home to Chelsea. Hendrick gets the nod too.

Straight red for a sliding tackle today. I thought it was pretty harsh.

It was a shocker of a tackle - very, very cynical. It could have been a yellow but it was worth the red!
