Brady was forced off with a calf issue at Swansea City, just before Christmas, but there is better news ahead of Preston NE's cup game v Chelsea.

"Robbie is training today, actually," said Lowe, on Thursday. "We have just had that news. I am not sure how far off he is, but if he comes through today and tomorrow then he will be part of the squad...." (Lancashire Evening Post, 4 Jan).

Be great if he could get a full preseason for fitness. I really don't think he has the ethleticism you need to be a modern wingback unfortunately. Classy footballer

Kelleher picked up some kind of injury last week. Liverpool have these videos on LFC TV called Inside Training and they show clips of goalkeeper training and general training. Kelleher has been absent since the video posted on 12/07. Was involved in every one up until then.

As an aside, it was his brother in arms, Conor Bradley who Robbie Brady robbed to score that goal�

Good to see him back. He was having a good season at Preston and played his best football for Ireland in quite a number of years

Robbie Brady is certainly one of those ~ ~ How much better could his career have been, but for all of the injuries that he had ?

Agreed. He went off with an injury today as well. Didn't look too serious but pretty much sums up your point. Seems to have persistent ankle/ligament issues. Considering the lack of seniority in the Irish team though and lack of left back options, I think he's worth a place in the squad
