Having been injured in the Republic's U-21 game v Bosnia-Herzogovina last June, McEntee finally made his (very brief) debut for Walsall on Saturday, at the end of their win against Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup, First Round.

Walsall boss Mat Sadler has confirmed Oisin McEntee will be out for at least "a month" after the defender suffered a calf injury. Hearts are using the Brighton algorithm now to sign players, so maybe they have identified something in him. Though, having said that, Brighton themselves presumably used it to sign Eiran Cashin, which hasn't gone great so far, so maybe it's not the best at identifying centre backs!
