Givens is a class coach we should get rif of Trap ASAP and promote him.
Oh no sorry he is only there to pass the players up to the senior team :O) ..and make a show of the nation in the process .
Really must instill the winning mentallity to these young men!

The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist thinks it will change; the realist adjusts the sails.
He's just not able to motivate these lads. Thats for sure. But the players he has to work with, arent that brilliant either.
It probably doesn't help that he keeps having fights with them. His man-management skills are generally non-existent.
For those worried about James McCarthy, I think Don Givens is probably the only person who could have a real say in whether McCarthy stays with Ireland or goes with Scotland. He should be brought into the senior squad to keep Givens away from him if nothing else.
