Dykes approves Friars loan deal

Derry City boss Gavin Dykes has agreed to allow Sean Friars out on loan, just days before the start of the new Premier League season.

Friars is the second Derry player to be loaned out this week. Dykes has reached an arrangement with Sligo Rovers over left back Robbie Hedderman, while winger Sean Friars has been farmed out to Finn Harps. Both players have cross-channel experience.
