Not sure how many would travel from Ireland (1,000 maybe?) but the Irish community in Britain will be out in full force, they usually are for these games moreso than for the qualifiers in Dublin. You get lots of 2g families out to take in the opportunity to see the boys in Green that they wouldnt ordinarily get.

Attendance wise including Brazilians and Neutrals what do you reckon 30k?
I thought you were off the drink Ronnie?

The friendly between Brazil and Sweden was a sell out (over 60K). Not much of a Swedish community around London, so I would assume this game will be sold out too.

Really 60k? Impressive. Was that a midweek game as well? (I presume so)

Obviously I didnt factor enough in for the Brazilian factor, in terms of their fans and the extra Irish and Neutrals it will bring out.

I went to the Sweden-Brazil game and it was packed (Unfortunately no Swedish lasses).

The crowd was mainly made up of neutrals who wanted to see Brazil in a new setting.

I'd still expect this fixture to get a decent crowd but the novelty of Brazil at the Emirates is probably wearing off for a neutral (they played Italy there in a cracker) so I cannot see many English/other nationals coming out for it.

Nice stadium but we were behind the goal and your view disappointing. I'd get a seat from the side if you can afford it.

£37 translates to €42 according to xe.com. Friendly tickets in Croker were €40 last time. Doesn't seem much different to me.

No that is for the general public. Tickets went on sale to Arsenal members and Season ticket holders last Monday. The full info is here

I don't want to alarm anyone, but the match seemed to have disappeared from the list of fixtures at the Emirates Stadium:-

    https://www.eticketing.co.uk/arsenal/default.aspx

Until last night, the Ireland vs. Brazil match was there, but tickets on sale to Arsenal members only. Now it's gone completely!

I just rang up and booked tickets with no problems, they are on sale via the website but i understand that they needed to update the system to accept general sale purchases.

If you ring the box office on 08442773625 i held for about 3 minutes and had no problems.

The website is accepting bookings but puts you in a queue when you first click on the link

Are they segregating the crowd in any way? I know they sold separate Nigeria and Ireland tickets for Craven Cottage last year so just wondering which end of the ground will be the Irish end.

That's what I did in the end. Once I got to the front of the online queue (a good 20 minutes later) the Ireland v Brazil tickets were there. I'm now sorted, four at £42 each. Had to register as an Arsenal supporter though, feel really dirty about it...

I think I'll go for a £42 ticket. I presume it's purely open seating - no designated Irish area. Anyone know?

Went to the Brazil vs. Italy last year and there was no segregation. Both sets of fans happily sat along side each other.
