It woldn't have mended one single bridge. There's isn't a person aliove who'd have changed their opinion on Robinson had he gave his condolences.

However in not givig them he gave another stick for the people who already hate him to beat him with

    That's the one GR.
I'm not sure whether that one is going to break or not, but it seems fairly certain that the Jeffrey Donaldson story will break tomorrow in the NOTW.

No raunchy tales about Wee Jeffrey, or the Rockin Rev, in the Sunday's today then?

Nevermind - Suzanne Breen made up for it in her further detailing of the lies and covering up of another political leader in the Tribune.
The Englishmen came over in the year 2005
But little did they know that we'd planned a wee surprise
Sir David scored the winner, and Windsor Park went wild
And this is what we sang...

So they're all as bad as each other? Just the ones in power are worse.

Anyway the Robinsons are typical of their constituency;Good riddance to them both, hopefully.

Bizarre that you seem to assume that Cardinal Daly is some form of representative of the Nationalist Community.
It will take alot more than some condolensces from a bigot to a dead witch doctor who helped accomodate paedophiles to heal centurys of sectarianism that has its roots in the wider socio-economic context of Northern Ireland and not in the respective houses of worship.
