Why not stick in Mayor McGarry while you're at it

He did play with them the season before us yeah. Always liked Kusten, can't remember where he went after us, I think it was to a club in the lower Dutch leagues.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.

He was a little left back.Would have been back up for kupono low at the time.Good little player but didn't get many games to be honest.Speaking of left backs james meredith played for york against stoke in the fa cup on saturday. He gave away the free kick that they scored their 3rd goal from.

Mauro Almeida the all time hero. Others that deserve a mention are Ramuel Miller, Luther Watson, Hutch, Gerry Carr and Michael Clancy(his time may have been short but he changed the game when he came on).

I think you mean Johnny Hoekes

spelling of his surname is a pure guess but when trying to get proper spelling on google - and failed - I came accross this article about Marcus Hallows.

ya, he was. (not his fault as he primarily was an outfield player, as you know yourself)
The club really was at a low ebb back then.

David Pugh was the best defender ever played for Rovers, often gets overlooked

As hinted earlier what about Dixie Dean? He was our most famous ever player. Well before our time I suppose.

avvenalaf me oul pal, from reading your posts it seems you must be an old stager like myself, were you the man who used to give myself and Tommy Fallon a hand after the games taking down the speakers and tidying up after games?

Welcome to the newest member of the AAS (Avvenalaf Appreciation Society). Rory H is my agent and Hon Sec of the Society.

No. Peachey, though I purchased many a Silver Circle line from the esteemed Thomas Fallon, I was never involved in anything as technical as speakers.
