But they've loads of priors that people hate them for, some Sligo fans seem seem to genuinely despise MON purely because of 3 or 4 rather mild sentences.

Ha ha...fair point as are the other retorts posted but its my opinion and im entitled to it....do not like to guy...as to the othert post about Fenlon..he may moan but i have a lot of respect for what he has achieved in the domestic game..at least when we beat them fair and square he says it like it is.
Those ten seconds showed how ungracious and arrogant a man he is. He has absolutely no class. I hope he stays around so we can put the smile on the other side of his face next season.

My opinion of him is not based only on that interview or that match.
We were unbeaten for 22 games, they lost almost double as many as we did. That's not rocket science either.
All this anti-MON stuff started because he gave an honest account of the last game between the sides. It's clear you don't like that level of honesty, and prefer the politically correct soundbites from coaches in all sports these days. Fair enough.
They finished with more points than Shamrock Rovers tho..unbeaten runs dont mean great football...Ireland finished our group unbeaten but wasnt the most attractive football...Arsenal will probably lose more games than Chelsea .but who plays the better football??....ye were very poor in the game your talking about but ye still got the 3 points..as i said i dont like him anyway regardless of that interview..entitled to that opinion...not knocking Shamrock Rovers just dont like MON..
