There's very few Brazilian's in Gort now.Brazil is going through a boom time of it's own right now,for some at least.So most of those that were living around Gort have gone home.2 Brazilian shop's in the town are now closed.Was great craic back in the 2006 World Cup,the town came to a standstill for every Brazil game,yellow and green everywhere.

There's been no mention of any FIFA statement on what might happen, even in that article.

I guess the journo is thinking of the Chile case where they were threatened with being thrown out if they didn't sort out their own internal dispute (which they did). He sees this as the same and is jumping to the same conclusion. AFAIK, that case was different.

Dmanetc., the Sun is sensationalist crap and that's (understandably) why people have their doubts.

Now, if this were Tim Vickery on the BBC saying this, I'd give it a bit more attention.
