    Friends of Cork City Statement

Friends of Cork City Statement 21/12/2009

Following on from the Commandos statement last week we also wish to announce that every FOCC member will be boycotting all home matches next season if Mr Tom Coughlan is still in charge of Cork City FC.
Mr Coughlan has continually dragged this clubs name through the dirt and brought it to the edge of extinction.
As a peaceful organisation we feel this action is only option at this point.

In unity with our Commando brethren we also call on Mr Coughlan to relinquish control and ownership of the club.

We also implore all other supporters groups to boycott the club while Tom Coughlan remains at the helm and to support FORAS in its efforts to keep our club alive.

Fair play, the more the merrier
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Sorry, but MERRIER is not a word I would expect to see on this board anytime soon.
