I'm surprised this guy hasn't posted here recently, from reading his posts I'd say he knows Raff better than most. Although he hasn't been as active as usual of late

Look, how many times do I have to say it?. He ain't gone yet. Facts are, Raf doesn't want to go and Rovers don't want to match the offer from Dublin so it's a question of who blinks first and my money says Raf will.
He will be a Bohs player as soon as the embargo is lifted.
