    Geoghegan for Dundalk?

    From the Dundalk website.

Would have them right up into mid-table if they signed him!

Well he played for Dundalk against us in the Brandywell on Tuesday night !!!
Hes not a bad player, particularly for the first division.....Haylock and Geoghegan up front aint a bad combination albeit they will cost Dundalk an arm and a leg in wages.

He's a legend, and he still has it in him to have one last brilliant season in the first anyway.

He's a Shelbourne legend, as someone who's done it pretty much consistently at the top level in this country for around a decade and appeared in Ireland squads under two different managers.

Have a Shoot or Match magazine from years ago where it's listing the top scorers across Europe and Geoghegan was one of them from his season with Rovers. Obviously scoring 25 goals in the League of Ireland isn't the same as Andy Cole scoring 25 goals in the English Premiership, but it's a great achievement nonetheless. He's easily got what it takes to have a good season in Div 1 still.

No. One of the top scorers year in year out.
EL grounds are like good episodes of The Simpsons, no matter how many times you see them they're still funny
