Yeah was thinking it was the same man. I didn't know him personally but by all accounts he was a gentleman. Tragic loss for the family, hope the scumbag that attacked him gets what he deserves.

When I heard Noel Keegans name mentioned yesterday I was hoping that it wasnt him as I would know his daughter Sinead from going to matches.. When a friend from Sligo texted me this morning that it was him and he was a town fan it shocked me.. I would known his wife from going to matches and they were always great supporters whether attending matches or contributing to fundraisers..
He was very well known and I hope he rests in peace. I hope that the scumbags will get long prison sentences out of this.
