One of the main reasons I'm against a merger is because there's no one in the NI team I want in our team. The FIFA website has it down as 1:1 (aet) (0-1; 0-1) so I think that means we won the game in 90 minutes (just as they won on Saturday) but the overall result was France won on aggregate.
In GAA world extra-time is regarded as a new match but it's not as clear cut in football heaven.

No doubt we'd get more out of it, two players who want to play v a guy who won't even allow us to put him in the squad. Btw McGinn and McCourt are pretty handy players, could become vital in the coming years
