ah but sligoman theres an explanation for that.. I only got paid a few days after the cup final so I have money to go to it.. I was completely screwed from going to the Ireland match the week before so I couldnt go to both..

Anyhoo, won't make it unfortunately.. but what's the protocol with this? Does everyone wear a name tag with their handle on it? Do people sit at different tables discussing certain topics- maybe current affairs at table one, general LOI at table two, off topic nonsense at table three etc?

And who moderates if somebody is on the wind up or going off topic??

Honestly, if you want this to work you're going to need to be a lot more specific.

I've been at group meets where people wear nametags. I didn't. It was ridiculous.

The simplest way of doing it is to put something instantly recognisable on the table, so in Foot.ie's case it should be a football. Or flames.

Who is going? Does everyone who is going not know one of the other people that is going? I have met Holidaysong, ThisCharmingMan, Mysticmon (unfortunately

) and Martinho before so I am ok. From my memory of the gin palace its not exactly crowded on a sat nite so we could be easily picked out. Maybe we should wear party hats! I like party hats.

There have been a few yeah, but interest kinda tailed off the last few years. Wonder can it be revived, no idea who on here's in London these days apart from a few!
