limerick should merge
i think limerick and pike rovers should merge. it would benefit both teams and would make one hell of a loi team or at least use pike as a reserve squad. also noel hanley is accociated with corbally utd how come limerick cant play there for a season? i think noel can arrange that!!
Interesting ideas but:
1) I don't think Pike Rovers (or any of the other top junior sides) would have any interest in merging with Limerick. They have their own history and traditions. Some form of a link-up would be a good idea though.
2) Corbally's ground will hardly beat the license criteria either so there's not much to be gained by going out there.
The ball is round and has many surprises.
Also Noel hanley has been booted from the committee so I think he'll be one of the last people they would ever turn to for help.
