I have a friend who would love to post here who doesnt have a proper e-mail address or can't find it! (D'ont ask)

Anyway, I was wondering if an e-mail address (yahoo, hotmail) was verified as genuine by a genuine poster (Keen2win) would they be allowed to use that e-mail to sign up?
