it's going to be next to impossible to catch Avenue in the Premier race now.... realisticly the only team who can do it is Newmarket who must be rueing dropping points to lifford and olympic and they're 13 points behind..... mammoth task they'll have to win at least 9 of their remaining 10 games incl. beat Avenue twice in Newmarket.

The league title is Avenue's now lets just face it

Given that "severe" slap on the wrist from the CDSL it could effect the team for the rest of the season

this max point table is not feasible
for example rineanna to get max points they will have beaten avenue , so avenues 51 is not true
same with nof who have to play avenue twice

as for planners prediction rats to go down,, stirring the pot again ;-) cant see it happening myself

same in any paper,, they show the top of the table if its relevant to the article
or the bottom of the table if its relevant

for example if we are gonna talk about who is involved in relagation battle we show this....
    5 Newmarket Celtic A 8 4 2 2 20 12 8 14
    6 Rock Rovers 8 4 2 2 19 13 6 14
    7 Bunratty A 9 3 2 4 17 14 3 11
    8 Shannon Olympic A 11 2 3 6 16 29 -13 9
    9 Lifford AFC 12 2 2 8 16 28 -12 8
    10 Burren Utd 12 2 1 9 11 33 -22 7

but as relevant to the top we do this........
    1 Avenue Utd A 10 9 0 1 31 6 25 27
    2 Rineanna Rovers 10 6 1 3 14 10 4 19
    3 Bridge Utd A 10 4 4 2 14 14 0 16
    4 Bridge Celtic A 10 4 3 3 15 14 1 15
    5 Newm Celtic A 8 4 2 2 20 12 8 14

    simples ????

Obviously it's not feasible. It's just a quick rough view for teams individual maximum points.

If you're including Newmarket in the relegation battle then how can you not include Bridge Celtic A (1 point more than Newmarket with 2 more games played) and Bridge Utd A (2 points above Newmarket with 2 more games played also) in it as well?

if my auntie had balls she'd be my uncle ( is that allowed?? apologies if offending pre op transgendered transexuals online!)

my table is as feasible as your fantasy max points table

top of the prem table in the papers they show the top 4 , man city are 4th but their not gonna win the league, so why show em.
im just giving the tables as they were cut and pasted to me

Usually 22 pts would secure 7th.

what are you trying to say special one? dubber said he was backing ''Lifford, Tulla, Ruan, Bridge Celtic, Corofin''. If he was picking B teams he would have used the letter B.

oscar traynor friendly called off yesterday, how come????

Why wasn't there any provisional fixtures put down for Sunday on the off chance the Oscar Traynor friendly wouldn't go ahead? Another weekend wasted

come on lobster the dog on the street knows there is not a hope in hell cooraclare will get a result... best chance of an upset is bunratty b, if they dont cause an upset they'll give bridge celtic a game anyway. they gave lifford A a good go last season in cassidy

What do you mean here??? Lifford beat us 5-0 in that game.

Prem Rep...as for our chances against BC, we have no win in our last 3 games but on the other hand are unbeaten in 7. Looking forward to it but its a big step up to compete against a premier side.
