Sky Sports 1 and Setanta Ireland both have W.C. qualifier on their schedules but they aren't saying what games they are showing. T.B.C. it says.
ESPN have the Slovenia game advertised.

Is there a cut off point when a decision will have to be made about this? Surely it won't go up until the day of the game? Therefore, should we know tomorrow?

I thought RTE had the Radio rights - they are certainly broadcasting the game on Radio 1 on Wednesday night anyway.

No, that's still being negotiated as well.

    RTE get the match

At least it's confirmed. Now we can just concentrate the team getting the right result.
