Shels and Uefa Cup

I was just on the eircomleague website and there was a thrad started that Shels might get a chance in Uefa Cup because there are 2 teems withdrawing from t6he competition.An Afghani team and im not sure of the other.Does anybody know if this is true or is it some eejit taking the ****.Anybody know?

no man at the mo, we is more worried bout anthrax...another 4 cases in NY over the w/end. total of 12 now and people getting really paranoid over here..and thats even moreso then usual!

Sorry lads that was supposed to be Azerbaijan instead of Afghanistan.Its F.C Badu from Azerbaijan and Dinamo Tbilsi which were the teams that were supposed to have withdrawn.It sounds like a load of bull though since I have heard nothing since and there is nothing on the Uefa website.
