Folks,
Trying to download Skype onto the laptop here this evening and hitting some trouble, just wondering if anyone knows where I can rectify the problem...
When I click to download the file (Skype_2.8.0.722.dmg) it saves onto the desktop okay, but when I click it nothing happens at all....Using a MacBook, Mac OS X 10.4.11
Any ideas what's going wrong?

Yep works for me, although I'm Mac OSX 10.5, maybe taht's the problem?

I presume you dragged the dmg into the applications folder.
