Why would they be?
For all the latest League of Ireland news visit www.extratime.ie
there is something on another forum saying that FAI appointing interim chairman to take over club in Feb,one poster said that there is talks of Cobh AND Cork City amalgamating, have no back up other than what the poster said
"Some weeks the lady is good looking and some weeks they're not. Our performance today would have been not the best looking bird but at least we got her in the taxi". - Ian Holloway
Yeah been hearing that about the chairman alright could be good news if true,on the subject of Cork/Cobh as one that surely is a joke

No worse than the Galway clubs in that they're in the process of building new stands for the ground.
so i'm not jst randomly making up stuff
In fairness, I've never actually lied about anything, it did say in Kerry's Eye around a month ago that the KDL were planning a new stand at Mounthawk, and only that can host floodlit games. In fairness, the LOI needs a big club like Derry, and no A side would dream of making a move until the situation plays out, and I can't see that happening before December.
And so it all ends for this year, at least til Cork next have to pay the busman.![]()
True, but I was going on the basis that as the top team in that section had been promoted, the next slot would go to the best team in the next section and so on, but at the time it was just speculation and reminding Cobh that four teams would have to fail ground tests before it would be their turn. If however, the rumours are true about Salthill, Castlebar would have first option as the two teams are in the same group.
