Connor Bounces out of Dundalk quicker than his cheques.
Expect Harpal Singh,Darren Mansaram,Liam Burns and Chris Turner to follow him to his new club.
Coleman for Ireland
Stephen Kenny's black and white army.
I'll take it he has something else lined up
Here we go again....
Do Dundalk fans think he has something else lined up?
He did a decent job results wise in all fairness. Looks like you'll be in Europe.

Once he's under no illusions about the type of money he can spend he could do well if he took the job. Doolo should be available as well!.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
If you consider the 9k a week wage bill he was working with, he did exceptionally well.

thing is this is good news for Dundalk fans. Kenny is the type of manager that needs a hefty budget by the way - so be warned. Rico is your only man. Or Roddy, now that would be a match made in heaven.
Connor is such a fool.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Connor did a good job here, But i'm glad to see him move on.
We'll probably see a mass exodus from the club now with his friends from Bohs all leaving...
A winter of uncertainty for Dundalk it seems though Stephen Kenny is the best option and should attract some of his current lot from Derry so maybe not too bad.
I believe the budget was between 12k-13k a week.
+ I'm not too dissapointed by his departure. He accumulated god knows how many red cards for us this season, signed a lot of high earning flops like Rogers, O'Callaghan and O'Brien + kept McGinlay the worst ever player who got paid to sit in the stands for the whole season and despite the fact our board are trying to be realistic with regards to next seasons budget he still wanted a full time outfit with a similar budget
I think this will be a blessing in disguise for us in the long run.
spoke to derry fans in the lilywhite after last nights game and they told us to stay away from kenny that he likes high expenses too. Though watch how derry played the ball on the floor and toyed with dundalk for long periods made me hope that we'll play like this next season
we need someone to come in now and be here with us for roughly 5 years. It will be difficult to see the break up of this team and on the pitch we where very successful but I feel all this team will be only remembered for is team of hackers with our 20 red cards this season. that problem was seanies and it should of been dealt with in the 1st game but what does he do, he gets sent off.
never nice to see a manager go but I think this is best for all parties.
BTW if connor wanted to stay he would off taken any budget on offer from the board and worked with that
Long Live King Kenny
best thing about this for Dundalk is he has left and you havent had to run him out of town and then pay compensation for unfair dismissal.
That said, it was the best decision our former board ever made.
