i got sorted for one ticket as well - my family have been block bookers since 1994 - i don't know if it made any difference we only applied for 1 - i had to give out passport numbers etc , what hotel i was staying etc , is that normal for away games seems pretty strange

Its been that way for ages its the Norm for all away games for security reasons. Its also handy because the FAI have a record of the people travelling so that when you apply again for tickets you will have a better chance of getting them.

Where did you hear that? There could be trouble if we are in the Nord Tribune, seeing as the France Suppoerters' Club's allocation (and their giant shirt/flag) is usually there

Just checked out some of the websites selling tickets...i.e where all the french are trying to offload tickets and none of them were purchased in the South East end of the stadium ...which proves that this is where the irish fans will be based ....just like last time but with only half the amount of space alloted to us this time .
i.e one side of the sud tribune.

if youy are getting tickets off the French see if you can get them close to that area....anywhere east and including Z4 on the lower tiers, z11 on the middle tier or z7 on the upper tiers would be close if not next to where i think the irish fans will be situated
would paste a diagram if I knew how

Anyone know how to past a pic up here ?

best to be in the corner when behind the goal in a stadium that has a running track as you are closer to the pitch

Yep, log back in and you'll see there's a link to 'Ticketholder List' along the top of the page. Click on that and add as many people as you have tickets for by clicking on 'Register Ticketholder' link each time.

Just lash down anything, pretend he's on your flight over or something. It wont make a bit of difference.

Exactly. There are seven of us going. Five are driving from frankfurt and the other two are getting the eurostar (on totally different trains ). I've only put in the flight numbers, not the booking refs and for the other lads all i had were train times. I didn't even have the right addresses so two of them apparently live at the same place...

i think as long as they have names and passport numbers they are happy enough. even if some of them are US and UK passports...
