john, i would imagine they have a DB with all the blockbookers in there and the the total number of games they attended.
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker
And I really love your knockers,I'm a labourer by day,
I **** up all me pay,Watching footy on TV,
Just feed me more VB,Just pour my beer,And get my smokes, And go away
getting a bit frustrating now at this stage...even if they put up on the website..."You will hear by Monday evening" that would provide some peace of mind. the radio silence approach is unfair on the fans.
Well if they would, they should look at getting someone in to do it, it wouldn't take long and would greatly improve efficiency and let them focus on taking emails/calls etc.

I got a letter today from the FAI stating that I am not entitled to tickets for the Aviva statium. Why send me this letter now? I have just been harassing them about getting tickets for the away leg and I get this - WTF?
I remember everyone was worried about getting tickets for the away match in prague last time.. We went to the stadium the day before and got tickets for ten euro each in the Irish end, compared to the 50 the BB's paid!
Still no mail,
Its like waiting for your leaving cert results, hoping for the best...and be happy with anything decent
Just got my email, successful im glad to say. Im not a BB, just a WL, but have been to all games in croker and about 4 away games in last two years (tickets all bought direct from FAI)......if that is an indication of anything.

We refer to your ticket application for the above fixture.
Unfortunately due to the overwhelming number of requests for tickets for this fixture we are unable to fulfil your ticket application.
In total we received requests for over 17,000 tickets, and as we have only received our entitlement of 10% of the stadium capacity (8,000 tickets) it has not been possible to facilitate all of our ticket requirements.
We appreciate your disappointment, however as with all away games, the number of tickets we receive is not within our control. Your details will be kept on file in the event that additional tickets become available at any stage and a second allocation takes place.
We would like to acknowledge and thank you for your continued support of the Irish team.
Yours in sport
