Athlone Town (giving Graham Loughman a run apparently)
Cobh Ramblers
Cork City (O'Flynn and Sweeney's new abode)
Galway United (McCarthy & Hughes)
Sligo Rovers (Foloey, Heffo, possibly Purcell... and counting)
Kilkenny City (possibly the next to go!)
Waterford United
Kerry League U-21 (for John D)
UL/Aisling U-21 team
... and we're unable to fulfil our fixture list this year who would ever so grudgingly pretend to support instead?
I suspect that I'd end up becoming a younger (and better looking) Tom the Gom type character, trawling aimlessly from Galway to Cork to Kilkenny to Cobh to Waterford and even Kildare with less frequent trips to the others places. I dunno if I could ever evrn develop an affection for any other club. We're not all like John D or Deise Deserer who can just go back home, some of us really need Limerick...
Sorry lads!

The ball is round and has many surprises.

Guess who opted for the Kingdom here![]()
Jokes aside I will be devastated if we fold but feel that anything is beter than the farcical situation we are in at the moment. Kerry U21 would be the nearest team geographically but from my reading of MR Rooneys' vision we will soon have regional teams aka Rugby anyway so maybe this is just happening a little earlier than he expected.
