Just in case people need this ... www.keepvid.com is a good way to capture footage from YouTube. It will save it as a .flv file which you can convert to .avi with YouTube FLV to AVI Easy Converter.

Another thing that people might want to have a look at is High Dynamic Range or HDR Imaging to make more of some of their photos. Its an effect that can really transform so images.
