The match takes place in Jackman Park, Limerick, kicking off at 5:00pm.
Liverpool Legends line-up: John Aldridge, Mark Lawrenson, Ronnie Whelan, Jason McAteer, Steve McManaman, Gary McAllister, Jan Molby, Phil Neal, Michael Thomas, Gary Gillespie, Don Hutchinson, Rob Jones, Mark Wright, Bob Bolder, Mark Kenny and Tony Cousins.
A second auction is underway on eBay.ie for the chance to line out as a substitute for the Liverpool Legends. The winning bidder will play for at least 10 minutes and will receive a Liverpool Legends playing kit.
The auction ends on Thursday 29th October at 6:25pm. Log on to eBay.ie to place your bid.
The post-match dinner will take place at the Strand Hotel. There will be a number of pieces of Liverpool and Limerick football memorabilia auctioned on the night. Tickets for this event are available from the Club at €50 each.
Tickets for both events may be purchased directly from Limerick FC; online through www.ticketmaster.ie or from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
how come there are no Limerick/Liverpool scarves for sale at the home games for the last few weeks, any other club would have had them on sale for people who can't make the game on sunday.
I tried to buy 1 last night and was told thay are not for sale till sunday
why would Limerick fc now want to sell scarves or other items before sunday, can someone explain that to me
I think its stupid carry on,
The ball is round and has many surprises.
If they ordered more than what's approximately needed for Sunday so they could sell it at the other home league games and only one or two people bought them, then they might have been left with a load of stock that they wouldn't be able to shift as well. Don't see the problem with only selling them on Sunday for the people who are willing to attend that game. They can put any left over stock on sale next season or i'm sure anyone will be able to contact to club about buying any left over stock. It is supposed to be memorabilia for the match Sunday so its only right that this is when it should be available.
is there still tickets around. can you pay on the gate lads???
Score? How did it go? Attendance etc....
