Was gutted to hear that Leeds United, Juventus and Wales legend John Charles has passed away. He was 72. Had the pleasure of meeting him very briefly in Elland Road back in '96.
He signed for Leeds for a tenner (I'm serious!!!) in 1949 and went to Juventus for £65,000 in 1957.
Played as a center forward AND as a center half without picking up a single booking in his career.
