Faro/Algarve

Booked a cheap flight to Faro for next week, Monday-Thursday, but haven't a clue what to do other than look at a few ruins and stuff.

Any ideas? Will be staying in Faro and will have a car, so can drive around a bit. Considering Sagres to check out the Capo de São Vicente and the brewery. And maybe Lagos or up into the mountains.

Any opinions?
