    Fixtures/Results: w/e 20th September 2009

    According to Aertel:

    19 September 2009
    Sporting Fingal A v St Patrick's Athletic A, 12:00, ALSAA
Drogheda United A v Galway United A, 2:00, United Park
Salthill Devon v Tullamore Town, 2:00, Drom
Tralee Dynamos v Cobh Ramblers, 2:00, Tralee

    20 September 2009
    Dundalk A v Sligo Rovers A, 2:00, Oriel Park
FC Carlow v Bray Wanderers A, 3:00, Ballon

    Also, a rescheduled game:
    23 September 2009
    Dundalk A v Finn Harps A, 8:00, Oriel Park

Salthill Devon can win Group 1 if they win their game and Drogheda United A and Finn Harps A both lose theirs.

    Tralee Dynamos 3
    Cobh Ramblers 1

First blow this weekend goes to Kerry. Dynamos could still finish anywhere between first and fifth.

    Dundalk 2-1 Sligo Rovers.

If Salthill finish above them it's over, but would be useful to finish in the top 3 in case any teams are forced out of the League. Not something anyone would want, but best to be prepared like Kildare last year.

This means Salthill Devon definitely clinched a top 3 finish - and therefore a promotion play-off spot.

They might have to play off against Tralee Dynamos if they manage to finish in the top 3 of Group 2.
