    Piece in the times as well along the same lines.
    I had a similar problem a few years ago with a tumour, though not in the brain. Hits you for six. Very tough time for the lad I would imagine.
    Puts things in pespective.

    Mark is a paragon of a professional footballer. I'm sure he'll make a good recovery to once again lead the Derry City forward line.

    "Low grade benign tumour" it says which sounds hopeful at least, still scary though.

    I read the bad news in the mirror.. its a pity as he was well in the running to getting as high as possible in derry city all time scorers.. I believe he isnt far behind Liam Coyle.. all the best mark in your recovery a class act..

    Hope everything goes Okay for him, he is a very courageous man, he reminds me of the late Barry Kehoe who went through cancer and played on after he got the all clear.
