Fox and Lynch

Stephen Fox and Jody Lynch have both agreed new deals that will keep them at the Carlisle Grounds for the coming season.

Both players have been key members of the Seagulls squad over the last number of years and both turned down approaches from Premier Division clubs.

yeah, delighted about Foxy re-signing ! between him and Charles they where outstanding for us last season ! dont think i could have handeled loosing fox and zayed ! lol

Hopefully, Lynch can stay injury free this year, he's been blighted for the past couple of seasons
