    Ireland vs South Africa Training

Can anyone confirm if Ireland are training in Cooke Park in the run up to the friendly in Thomond this time around?

I don't know - but it's great news if there is going to be some training.

Trap has sent home a few of the more senior players, Keane, Given etc and Hunt has left for personal reasons.

Looks like we'll have a more experimental team against SA, good idea imo.

absolutely. i mean, it's not the kind of thing we should be doing away to cyprus (like stan did), nor should home friendlies have our usual first team playing (like kerr did)... they should be used for experimentation (like trap does)

good to see in fairness - will players be called in??
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Good idea to send them back we need to see what the others can do anyway. Keogh Folan westwood O'Dea all need Ireland game time we may need them in the future if we get injuries
