    Players Released from Livi

    http://www.breakingnews.ie/2004/02/10/story133547.html

Livingstone are broke and had to release a few players. It might be worth Dolans while if he could at least get a look at some of these players.

The Quino fella is ment to be good and the other lads have all played at a decent level at one stage or another. I wonder what kind of wages they'd be on/willing to accept tho'.

Yeah that Quino guy sounds familiar alright.

If they're any good they'd certainly be worth a look at. Livingston were probably paying them more than they're worth (hence administration) and no matter where they go they'll have to take a serious pay cut. There's no money in Scottish football, the English lower divisions ain't much better. Most Irish clubs wouldn't have the money for these guys either, the question is could we afford one or two of them.... if they're good enough?

Went in about me season ticket yesterday and had a brief chat with Noelle.

She told me Dolan has a French player over on trial this week and that nobody knows the whereabouts of Nwankó.

We'll have to do a missing persons for him.

Maybe he's in Tunisia having got a late call up to the Nigerian African Cup squad to replace Yakubu and Babayaro

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Well if it is anything to go by Nigerian's are on a different time scale to us, the watch doesn't control them, they get there when they get there. There family is No. everything else comes second ....even Cork City.

Any I've worked with have been gas they arrive back to work after being missing and they can't see what the fuss is while we'll have pulled our hair out.
    It's only just begun...............
