I see that FORAS have gone on the offensive again TNB. Fair play, overdue if anything.

I believe Derry City are in Court at the end of the month over the transfer of McGinn to Celtic. They are to have to pay up.
Neale Fenn on retiring: 'I think once you finish you might as well finish rather than making all sorts of comebacks.'

Thank God that's over.
Like the way he managed to get a dig in at some badly-run clubs too.
It's all sorted until he can't pay what he's agreed to pay.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
I know that the players seriously considered strike action this week so if there were to be any further "problems".......
What would be the outcime if a team refused to play a match due to industrial action ? Deferral ? awarded to opposition? Would there be pickets ? would fans seek autographs as they passed the players on picket duty ? Anyone know if there was any precedents for strike action ?
I think he has hood winked the players and staff once again. TC knows the players haven't much choice now since the transfer window is closed. He is living in fantasy land if he thinks they will get 5000 per game, there allready down about 1500 from last season. There is very little in the way of advertising and if you werent an follower of LOI then where are the extra fans coming from. All this crap has led to even more negative opinions of TC. Like I have said it's the players and staff who should get huge credit for putting up with this.
Can players not move outside the window if they are out of contract ? As the club are unable to make payments then they would be in breach of contract and the players free to move. i think this happened at Shels (did heary take a legal action ?) and something similar happened with a certain striker that bufggered off to Belguim.
This is of course predicated on the belief that there is somewhere to move to.
Any indication what TNB's plans are for when the season ends? Will he stay and try and heroically turn things around, or will he walk a hero for having tried in the face of adversity?
A stand-off. Just what Cork need.
Has he a contract? I assume he can just offer himself one anyway?
Does he own the club (as in the shares)?
Have you considered just paying a hitman?
(Joking)
