Not the most assured performance we'll ever have and they caused us a lot of problems but it's great to get a home win and against them it's all the sweeter. Two ex-Athlone players scoring against them too, though Murph nearly made a balls of his goal!. Hopefully we can kick on and see to Mervue next weekend.

yep if we beat mervue we could string a nice run together to end the season and we cold do with a bit more to cheer about!

what a win even though we didnt deserve to win by three goals..McCarthys goal was the best of the lot.. mick lee was very unlucky with his shot that missed the goal.. murph gave me stick in peter clarkes after my post on him earlier in the week!

Not a great performance by ye ... but ye could/should have won it by more

Not the greatest of games ever, two poor sides but a 3 nil win against Athlone never has any bad sides to it

For a moment I thought something serious had happened. Was unable to make the game Saturday but thanks to Martinho for the updates. Good to see Murphy getting on the score sheet.
