Have Cliftonville received any communication from the administrator?
    I understand they have.

May I also suggest that ye drop the discussion on whether Derry can play LoI or not till we come to that bridge? It gets very annoying clicking the new post button just to read the same stuff that was posted two or three pages ago, without finding out anything new.
    Ta muchly.

I'll go you one better and split it to a new thread. Still amazed that people don't understand why we were trying to keep this crap off the thread.

Still well off a full squad (somewhere around 10-11 players at the mo) and apparently they will all be part time.

Someone who has seen the administrators report to the High Court tells me that Cliftonville are not listed as a creditor. Linfield and Dungannon are.

You have consistently stated that there was a debt owed to Cliftonville?

    No chance.

Cliftonville are owed money. Simple as. The administrator, Derry City both old and 'new' and other parties are all aware of this.

There is a big difference between you and cliftonvile claiming to be owed money, and actually being owed money, your only owed money if its proven and accepted by the administrator.

    Has it been?

I honestly dont have a clue one way or the other, just asking?

Here's whats simple, you've two choices:
    1) Cliftonville didn't submit their application for creditor status in time; or
    2) Cliftonville submitted it but it wasn't accepted by the administrator that you were a creditor.

    Which is it?

There may be a distinction between "the administrator is aware of it" and "they're listed as a creditor", but from what I've read on here, it sounds like if you are not on the list of creditors, you're entitled to nothing?

I've heard it was Number 1)

The application was received about 15 minutes after the stipulated deadline - the club are blaming traffic delays apparently.

    This thread has gone quiet.

Can I suggest Mr. Parker follows the site rules and substantiates his allegation or retracts?

I have his report, which is what was lodged in the High Court. That makes no mention of a Cliftonville debt.

Presume the debt will be included in a supplementary filing so?
