People who drive at 5 miles an hour in the snow even though the roads are clear of snow (usually women it has to be said - sorry).
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

Bars that serve numerous cocktails and just one, overpriced beer. And that serve you a napkin with your bottle and change on a plate.

people shoving past you when you're at a gig. Is it too much to ask for a quick tap on the shoulder, and "excuse me" or "sorry, can I get past" ??
Was very close to tripping up one gimp who did it to me earlier.

    Arcade Fire gig?

I had to carefully negotiate my way through the crowd to re-locate my brother at one point - but I made doubly sure to tap each and every shoulder on my way and roared many an "excuse me" en route!!! No shoving on my part, I hasten to add.

    Great gig though, eh??

and I thank you for that. I'm a big enough guy and I can handle myself, but the girl who was standing next to me was nearly put over a few times

Yeah - it can be a tricky exercise trying to work your way through a crowd - particularly when the band are on stage.

There's a few people knocked into me - and looked at me as if I'd just kicked them in the head. A heady mix of drink and adrenaline can do strange things to ones sense of perspective.

That said, someone bashing into you with a blatant disregard for your welfare is particularly annoying - so I understand the point.

Speaking of the point - Sunday was the first visit to the "02". Good to see the old kip get a revamp all the same.

    Versus during the day?
Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.
