We may just need to cross the laces of a few of them for that to happen! Hopefully though yeah, nice to get a World Outdoor medal to add to European and Indoor. No matter what, that was a fantastic run in the semi, and a great achievement to make the final.

On the walking debate, I used to participate in it when I was younger and took it equally as seriously as I took my hurdling and high jump events. Made Ulster finals in walking but didnt progress to mosney and then gave up on it to concentrate on a "real sport" - Gymnastics!

She, Gillick and Hession and Olive have good chances of medals in next years European championships in Barcelona

Where does she or did she work? (unless you mean your girlfriend's a physio or a coach and worked with her in that way)

My girlfriend worked with Olive inthe Central statistics office. She is a qualfied statistician but has been on a career break for a few years to concentrate on Athletics full time.(Bloody civil servants bleeding the country dry again
