ordinarily the form comes about six to eight weeks beforehand.... the italy game is eight weeks saturday, so i'd expect the form in the next two weeks. Also, I would DEFINITELY expect that payment would have to be received by friday september 4th, before the cyprus game, so that people pay up not knowing the result of that one. That's how it was done last time round iirc... the germany and cyprus tickets had to be paid for before the slovakia game... though in fairness this tim around no matter what happens in cyprus we will be pushing for a playoff spot at least once the italians come.Originally Posted by philliyk
