PS3 Problem

Just tried to play a game of FIFA on my PS3 but it wouldn't load up. Once I switch the console on the usual screen saver comes up but without the usual option menu(seen below) I watched a DVD this morning (one of my own played many time before on this PS3) and it ran perfect

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Got the problem solved from posting on boards.ie. Had to reset the system and lost all my saved data from the games. If this happens to anyone else here wher I found solution
