I seem to have the image lodged in my head of a very drunk customer being forcibly dragged back to the bar as he attempts to sneak out of the hostelry for the 5th time, pleading with the bouncers "I promise I'll be fine this time", "sure I'm grand to go", "I've only had one or two" etc.

Given there are not too many females going, I think I will stick to the father Ted idea instead, thanks very much

Guys Emma from FAI kindly called me today to say that some more tickets have been made available from Faroes association, she is currently offering them to block bookers so perhaps theres a good chance that some of you will get sorted.

Neither. It was a bit of luck - A fella on here had 2, and he has let me have them at face value. Im just after emailing the FAI again, about extra tickets.

Seems Montjuich is getting smaller by the day.

Can't say I'm surprised. Figures never supported the Faroes selling their allocation. It would be the equivalent of 400,000 applications for a game at Lansdowne Road. They certainly had tickets left when we contacted the Faroes FA; they just didn't want to sell them to us. It's great news all round. While the crack and cost is appealing for the hill, there is still nothing like actually attending a game.
This is the cooooooooooooolest footy forum I've ever seen!

From the irish FA after i asked about the extra tickets:

    Louise,

We are currently in the process of contact original applicants.

We have received a limited number of additional tickets from the Faroe
Islands for this fixture. Your original application was for two tickets.
Please confirm if you wish to purchase these tickets.

    Kind Regards

    Emma Buckley

If anyone wants them at face Value, PM me and they are yours.

Anyone try pricing car rental for the Faroes?

    I got a quote of £470 for a seven seater for Monday-Thursday
Tifo poles, sausage rolls and a few goals.
