It was a taxi journey away & it started too ewarly for sore heads.

Saint Tom was there & that stuff is all on the vid. Eddie got up on stage & lost a drinking comp!

they moved the location from the beach to a park about three miles from the hotels. Have to say it was one of the highlights of the trip. there was about 10000 people at it and only about 100 irish, we were like celebrities (im not joking). interviewed on the telly, radio and eddie was on the front page of the newspaper.

it was on purim and loads of people were dressed up. one cracker in a nurse's outfit comes up to me and asks if I "would like some medicine". Naturally I obliged and she whips out a bottle of whiskey and starts force feeding me!!!!

I wondered where Ed had gone and next of all he was on the stage roaring in his unique way "Whats the storeeeeeeeeee Tel Aviv"! and losing a drinking contest.

They had a very good u2 tribute band and a trad band. Got a rake of gargle for nothing as well. All in all a huge success if you ask me. well done Kobby

1 hour by plane - options from Stanstead, Gatwick and mainly Heathrow.

    Checkout

    www.ryanair.com
    www.aerlingus.com
    also British Midland.

prices vary widely from 1 euro plus tax up to 200+ - should be able to get less than 100 euro though

Bus and boat is long and torture although cheaper than flying - not sure who to book with starting from London.

Make sure you have a match ticket. Easily got for Israeli fans through the embassy in London/Dublin or the FA.

Try this http://www.nationalexpress.com/eurol...site/index.cfm for coach/ferry. The cheapest but longest in time.
Honest! I am not a secret Tim nor a closet Sham - I really am a Seagull.

if you're flexible with your dates you should get a good price with ryanair, but as many irish are coming from england around that day/those days prices might already be expensive.

Go from london luton / london stansted / london gatwick to dublin

Good luck, book as soon as, those flights are increasing all the time.

Don't forget, you'll have to bring a ticket with you so sort that out with the Israeli FA before coming over.

It would appear that Israel have taken up their full allocation of tickets.
