Former Republic if Ireland under 21 defender Graham Coughlan has been named as the Umbro second division player of the month for January.

Coughlan has played in all of the sides 29 league games this season and notched up six goals to his credit..

Coughlan said: "It's a nice honour for me. The gaffer had picked up awards this season and so has David, so obviously the club is doing well.

"I have to stress though, it's not just an award for me. We do put in a lot of hours and hard work on the training park."
